(My 1st blog EVER) - Guess who worked out today! Keeping the core tight, as I sit up straight, sucking the tummy in to create core strength, building inner strength one muscle at a time, Working out was just a thought, then I put the thought into action, next thing you know one foot in front of the other I was jogging for 35 minutes. I feel stronger, thinner and happier then I did yesterday!
Finally, A NEW ENDING TO THIS BEGINNING..
Best day ever.. digging deeper into SPARKTOWN, liking what I have found. A lot of people just like me suddenly I do not feel so alone an isolated inside myself. I can tell 2013 is going to be a great year for me because this year is going to be ABOUT ME. (This will also probably be the longest blog ever) Blog, blog, blog.... =O)
Day 2: 89 days to 1st goal
Another awesome day rolling with the flow did what I was to do to reach my goal guess I'll be going it at 3 months sound so much lesser then a year..... Low Carbn Fat2Fit ... Got my butt moving for 45 minutes and 89 days left to my 3 month mark let the count down beging.. .... Whooo Hooo! Finally, A NEW ENDING TO THIS BEGINNING.. =)
