20 in 20 Week 11: Getting Back in the Game

I am half way through my challenge and here's my results:
Week 1: -1lb
Week 2: -.4 lbs
Week 3: -.6 lbs
Week 4: +.6 lbs (gained what I lost last week)
Week 5: -.4lbs
Week 6: -.6lb (155.4)
Week 7: +3lb (158.6)
Week 8: -3lbs (155.6) Glad that I got rid of what I gained last week
Week 9: -.4 (155.2)
Week 11: +2 ( 157.2)
I am still down overall but not by much. I have been slacking. There is no way to sugar coat it. With the holidays and being sick in bed, I wasn't making good choices. I was eating
and not doing enough of this
Well that all changes today.
The words of the day are PLAN and TRAIN. I am going to plan out my meals for the rest of the week and then get in a good workout. I need some serious calorie burn today!
