Here we are at the beginning of another year and here I am setting more goals which I may or may not achieve this year. I hope I have made them a SMART (specific, measureable, achievable, realistic and timed) and that I will actually stick to them for longer this year.

My goal for January is to slowly increase my attendance at the gym by promising to go at least twice a week. I am also going to aim for 240 minutes of exercise every week in January, not including this week as my son is off school until next Monday.
