Even with having this never ending cold, well it keeps coming back, I am so excited about a new year. Yes it is just another day, but it's not. It represents so much more. It represents new beginnings, new hopes, new dreams. It represents fresh new starts and slates being wiped clean. It's an opportunity to start again, to leave the past in the past.
This year I am going to try and keep daily/weekly/monthly accountability logs to help me keep on track with this years resolutions/goals.
Not sure if this is how I will keep things. I'm feeling it out to see what will work best in helping me reach my goals.

Pretty good. Did have a couple of the boys' fries. It's not that I want to restrict myself completely from those kinds of foods but I would like to be able to prove to myself that I don't HAVE to grab at them. That I can control myself. That I do have willpower enough not to have even one. I'll get there! :)
Not what it should be. I did a wee bit on the treadmill to make sure I got over 10,000 while we watched a movie. But that was at a slow pace. I really need to start stepping it up again if I want to reach my goals. I need to overcome this fear. BUT still be mindful of my leg and knee. I CAN DO THIS!! :)

With weight tracking, GREAT! I track through the Fitbit site which updates SP daily.
With fitness, easy. Fitbit tracks it for me.
Water and food? Not good. Still working on it! I CAN DO THIS!!!
