It's a new year, and I need to return to those things that I know that work for me.
In late August 2012, I was a couple of pounds under my goal weight. Now I am almost 25 pounds above my goal weight. Gee....
No beating myself up, though. I know what works...so now I need to return to it.

6/1/2013 gives me 6 months. I can do that. That will be a very significant date in my life - I am gaining a lovely young woman as my daughter-in-law. I am so very pleased with my son's choice.
