DECEMBER GOALS - Review

1. Track 2000 minutes of exercise done
2. Lose 2 pounds gained 1/2 pound
3. Keep working out with my 8 pound weights - they are still a challenge for me
I did work out with the 8 pounds all month, but don't feel like I can move up
4. Track my calorie intake daily - I missed 3 days
5. Track 20000 steps in one day at least - this month - done
6. Track 20 flights of steps in one day at least - this month done
7. Track 10,000 steps 6 days per week all month - done
