After a stressful December I am ready to hop back on the weight loss and healthy lifestyle horse to work towards a new me.
First and formost I know that the weight didn't come on over night so I also know that it won't come off over night either.
Secondly I am going to work towards 5% weight loss goals at a time. Instead of trying to lose it all at once and working out at the gym
4 hours every day.
Thirdly, Drink half my weight in water everyday.
Instead of grabbing a soft drink out of the vending machine I will take my own flavored water or club soda with me to drink.
Fourth, Stay within my calorie
range everyday. Even if I do go over one day, knowing that the next day is a brand new day to get back on the horse.
Fifth, Stay focused and positive by just hanging around people who are lifting and motivated. Who have the same goals as I to lose weight and make some
friends in the meantime.
I hope by the end of January I will be down at least 2% of the weight loss.
