Lose 1.1kg, taking me to 70kg. This is a HUGE goal to have for December, and so close to my goal weight! I will try my best to meet it!
I hit 70kg on the 22nd of the month, even with a 2 day birthday blow out the previous week! Then I hit 69kg, my goal weight, 4 days later on the 26th. I have lost 2.1kg in December, my biggest monthly loss since January! Since the 26th I have bounced around and had a little water weight gain (eating out with my friend), but I am sure it will go back to normal in a day or 2.
Track 6 days a week. Keep to the lower end of my calorie range and try to hit the middle of my protein range.
I tracked most days (not my birthday dinners). I stayed within my calorie range most days, and I have started getting more protein.
Workout 5 days a week, minimum.
I worked out for an average of 5 days a week (some weeks 4, others 6). Iím calling that a success.

Maintain my weight loss. Since I am going to be on holiday for 3 weeks I am not expecting to lose, but I would like to maintain. I am planning on making good choices with the occasional splurge on one time only foods. For example, I wonít be eating a mars bar, because I can get those in NZ. If there is an area specialty that I couldnít get anywhere else, and I would like to try it, then I will.
I wonít be tracking on holiday, since I donít know what my internet access will be like. And, if I'm honest, I don't want to be spending time tracking while I'm on my once-in-a-lifetime-very-expens
It will be business as usual until I leave on the 9th. After that I will be walking a lot, and I will be trying to do some quick ST once every 2 days (push ups, squats, lunges, planks, etc) space permitting. While exercise wonít be my main priority I will be taking every opportunity to be active. I hope to walk and bus everywhere, so I will be moving!
