Its been a rough ride over the past year. I've put on about 30 pounds. I don't feel good. I was injured several times, been deathly sick, and had terrible stresses in my life, so I'm not going to beat myself up. Instead, I'm going to pick my self up. I'm turning to self care, meditation
, good nutrition
, and yoga
to help myself get out of this rut. I'm ready to move on.
Cardio before breakfast
Yoga every other day before bed
Strength training ckt once/week
Eat South Beach Style (vegetarian meals at least 1 day/week.)mm
Calorie intake 1200-1600 calories/day
My birthday on March 14 Goal:
10 pounds lost. (1 pound/week)
Back in One-derland.
June 1 goal (midyear): Goal 11 more pounds lost (22 total)
Sept. 1: 13 more pounds lost (total 35)
Dec. 1: 12 more pounds lost (total 47) Celebrate the Holidays with something other than food.
Jan. 1 2014: 3 more pounds lost (total 51)
Thats my goal, about 50 pounds.
I need to lose 80. So, the following year will be spent working on that.
