Happy New Year!!

Monday, December 31, 2012

Its been a rough ride over the past year. I've put on about 30 pounds. I don't feel good. I was injured several times, been deathly sick, and had terrible stresses in my life, so I'm not going to beat myself up. Instead, I'm going to pick my self up. I'm turning to self care, meditation emoticon , journaling emoticon , good nutrition emoticon , exercise emoticon , and yoga emoticon to help myself get out of this rut. I'm ready to move on. emoticon
