A HUMONGOUS

I could not have stayed on track as much as I did
If not for your inspiration and support

MOST of December I was off track.
I am back up to the same weight as LAST December

But, I am slowly getting back to basics –
Daily waters and exercise

And I am VERY OPTIMISTIC about 2013
