    You can do this!!! Start with small steps..workouts that you can do and work up!! Surround yourself with positivity. SP is a great place!!!

    I joined in 2009 as well and I lost 40 pounds and gained it all back, and then 30 pounds and gained it back and this time I am going strong for over 9 months and 60ish pounds down, so you never know when "this time" will be THE time that you completely succeed! You can do this, one day at a time! emoticon emoticon

I am sorry about your range of motion and all of that stuff. It sounds like you have a good plan on baby steps on to work on your flexibility. :)

    Helloooooo. I wish you the best on your journey this time around (make it your last) ... I know it's so darn hard. There is a team for Chair Dancing, which is a much easier way to move. Workouts are on YouTube at different levels... at least it's moving and you're sitting... Check it out!

    Girl welcome back. You are right, it is all in our mind. We have to get to a place that we say, WOW why did I wait so long to get this?

I am here, I'm trying new stuff also (Paleo) and eventually we will find what it is that works for each of us. because we are all different, and something different will work for each of us.

I feel so bad for you and your back, you have has so many problems, I will keep you in my prayers sweetie. Pls do the same for me :)

Good luck with the dress..I think I may hang a pair of those pants on my wall haha.. And another thing, I saw somebody blog that she takes a picture of EVERYTHING she eats, so she can see what is going in. GREAT IDEA!

Anyway come say hello in the team.. I miss you :)

  You can do this, one day at a time.....I always have to remind myself of this, or I get completely off track again and again. I can really relate to the lack of flexibility...and also just not being able to do certain things period. Like I can't bend forward with my left leg in front of me and my right leg behind me, I had a hip replacement on my left side several years ago and literally have a huge indentation where my muscle should be on my hip/bum area and my upper/inner thigh. It is so frustrating because I let it deteriorate....if I would have done what I was supposed to with my exercising and stuff then I wouldn't be like this now....ugh! But there is only moving forward, feel free to add me I have loads of blogs/vlogs and we can help each other get to our goals! I have a great small group of spark friends who have gotten me this far feel free to check them out! emoticon Happy New Year!
