Last Blog of 2012 Monday 12/31/12
It's been a mixed year. BUT, I did manage to weigh on the
last day of the year, what I weighed on the 1st day of the year.
SO, I say it's not a loss, but I didn't gain. Although I did have my
ups & downs during there year.
I am going to Make a plan of attack for 2013. Getting this weight
under control once & for all!
Let's all resolve to tackle our problems face on, little bites at a time.
No big chunks. Do what you can manage rather easily, then add to it.
In time, big mountains can be taken down.
