Ending 2012~Beginning 2013~Healthfully! Resolutions~Fitness or Food?

One of my resolutions toward exercise is to get at least 10 minutes in a day/ 6 days a week.

    Then you'll like the 2013 "mini" fitness challenge at LIL Mommies... "the Power of 10!"

My food "goal" for January is to work on the night snacking. Need to make it a healthier and/or planned thing instead of the junk food!
