One of my resolutions toward exercise is to get at least 10 minutes in a day/ 6 days a week.
Do you have a New Year's resolution to share concerning food ? I would like ideas anyone has that has helped them or suggestions!Thanks!

Then you'll like the 2013 "mini" fitness challenge at LIL Mommies... "the Power of 10!"
My food "goal" for January is to work on the night snacking. Need to make it a healthier and/or planned thing instead of the junk food!
