to reduce carbs and processed foods.

to workout at least 10 minutes a day - seven days a week.

to workout properly three to four times a week.

to reduce online shopping.

to increase savings.

to work toward the next promotion;

by taking out white foods, juices and limit fruit.

by tracking steps with the Fitbit and taking at least 10 minutes on the treamill.

by following various DVD plans beginning with the 28 day Boot Camp.

by making lists and shopping locally.

by raising the direct deposits into savings.

by organizing reports, increase loan volume, and working more individually with each team member.

I resovle to follow these action steps to meet these specific goals in 2013.
