Stayed on course again today. Tomorrow I want to begin the January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge. I really have not exercised consistently since the summer when I so enjoyed water aerobics 3 mornings per week for 1 hour. I just watched the 8 minute cardio video to see if I could even keep up for 8 minutes tomorrow. I look forward to being accountable for exercise as well as continuing to track my food. My three new teams for the New Year are (1) 13 pounds in 13 (2) and 50+ members with 10-24 pounds to lose. I pray my new spark teams will keep me focused and I will try my best to make my goals.
Day 6 still no wine for me!
