Using my fitbit has made me aware that I need to move more, but also I need to get in shape. I did a lot of activity, but I still registered sedentary in my activities. I have so much more to do with my exercise plan, but I plan to make slow changes so my new habits will stick. I also plan to look for recipes that lighten common recipes so I don't feel like I am eating something else and depriving myself.
Goals for the week
1. wear my fitbit daily to keep track of my activities
2. log most of my meals
3. plan in at least 20 minutes of exercise
4. keep my hands busy so I don't find myself needing to eat when I am not hungry.
