Reflection of 2012, goals for 2013

My reflection on this last year! Well in the last almost 3 years I have lost a total of 128 pounds over 20 of that was this year! Now I only have 11 pounds to go! For me I already had to think back, you see this past summer my sister and her partner were here. They are obese like I was and we all went camping and watching them with the struggle of walking to the camp site and walking the trails it was the best reminder for me! I remember thinking OH MY GOSH that was ME just a couple of years ago look and look at me now!!!! In that moment I was SO proud of myself and since then I have lost even more! I know I have made good choices this past year and I can't wait to see if I have completed my journey by 12/31/13 and if I have been able to keep all this weight off!

What will I change? NOTHING!!! Why change a good thing! I may add more, but I am ALWAYS adding more!

What will my goals be for this next year? Keep making healthy choices, keep going to the gym at least once every day, (usually twice). Going to keep going to my new found zumba classes, going to start taking water zumba in the summer (if all goes well), and my zumba instructor is talking about starting an abs class and believe me I will be there!! Of course I will still be here sparking and always tracking!
