I did 6783 steps,2.69 miles and1109 calories burned.(while I had it on)
I ate so so, except for the starbucks gourmet hot cocoa someone gave me for Christmas and a zillion tablespoons of marshmallow fluff (that made me feel barfy) shame on me.
BUT, tomorrow is the start of a new month, a new year and I promise I am going to ...
1 do the 108 day Ultimate yogi workout,
2 eat healthy (shooting for a lot of fresh fruits and veggies)
3 Break (or at least wound big time) my sweet tooth
4 get my house in order to simplify my life (declutter and donate all that I don't need)
5 Get my office organized (at work)
6 Make sure I at least walk 10,000 steps
7 Have a good attitude at home and every where I go
8 Drink more water
9 Take good care of myself and my husband
10 Be grateful for all I have and keep smiling!
