I think I am ready for 2012 to end. I am looking forward to change in 2013. I am hoping to be much more motivated in 2013. I don't know why, but lately I have not been very motivated to exercise. I know that I need to and most of the time I want to, but I just can't seem to get up off the couch. I am hoping to change that starting tomorrow. I know it is easy to say it, but all of my excuses aren't working anymore.
Here are my goals for 2013:
-Exercise at least 15 minutes each day. NO EXCUSES!
-Try at least one new food each week (or at least a new way of preparing foods I've tried in the past). I started this a couple of weeks ago and discovered that I love beets!
-Pay off my bills. I don't have a lot of debt, but I don't like to have monkeys on my back.
-Drink more water. I don't have a problem during the week when I am at work and the water cooler is directly behind my desk, but on the weekends it is so isn't quite so easy.
-Drink less alcohol. It's not like I'm an alcoholic, but the calories from a glass of wine 5 nights a week really adds up.
I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them now. Oh well, I still have a few hours to think about it. I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year!
