MY 2013 GOALS

This is my year to be the woman I've always wanted to be. This year I will put YENGLISH100 first. Starting 1/1/2013, I will focus on taking the steps to achieve my goals. Ever since I can remember I've known that I wanted to lose weight and be healthy. Today, I will create a plan to realize my dreams. This is my year to achieve four goals.

1._Consistently exercise, at least 1000 minutes per month__
2._Track the 8+ glasses of water that I drink each day_
3._Sleep at least 6, preferably 7-9 hours each night_
4._Eat Healthy! Track my food, preferably in my calorie range_

Negative factors, real and imagined, will no longer be obstacles to my success. To get over working too much, I will stop working at 7pm. To get over putting others first, I will consider my needs first. To get over frustration, I will plan to say no more often and organize my time better. I know that I will be successful because it is my dream to play in the ocean with my grandchildren again and walk to Starbucks with my husband.

To stay on track, I will text my daughter on my progress every week and hold me accountable. This is my personal 2013 pledge to myself so that I can realize my dreams and live the wonder life I fully deserve.

    I am with you 100%! I love your idea of 1800 minutes this month! I need to get back on track and really work towards goals focusing on what I want my life to be like. I think we make a great accountability team! Let's get going!

    It definitely helps to have an accountability partner. My daughter is mine, too! I pray for your success in the journey to a healthy lifestyle!
