A New Plan for "2013"

I have decided I am making a new plan for 2013. I will still keep track of my food and exercise. I intend to increase my exercise by 10 min 5 times per week. I am also going to make a weekly menu. This will be the hardest one for me. I am going to post a weekly reminder on my refrigerator so I don't forget to do it. This should help. I'm starting the month of Jan. with this and hopefully it will work for me.
