That's a great post back in Jan of '08. I did really well for two years. But in Aug 2010 I took a new role at work and had to change many of my dieting habits. The short story is that I've put a big amount of weight back on in the past 30 months. At the end of 2012 I'm 236lbs! Gheesh.
So, I'm back on SparkPeople and going full-force to get back down to 180. The lowest I reached was 185 in Dec 2008.
I'm working on this with my friend Todd, who's also put on some weight lately. He's at 230 now.
Our goals are:
215 by 3/15/2013
195 by 7/1/2013
