YAY!! Soo i accomplished what i wanted in my previous post today!! I did my sparkpeople workout for January Jumpstart as well as the Bikini Jumpstart 28 day challenge as well! Heck yeahh, I also walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, burned 200 calories there, (not too much) but i like to read while i walk cause it makes it go faster! And i took my dog for about a 15 minute walk! Even though i was 5 degrees out. I know, not too cold but i don't really have that great of winter gear! But my baby Ozzy had a lot of fun!
