ANDY_54 gave me a pair of roller skates (SparkGoodie) to keep up with my grandkids. Or she wondered if they had to keep up with me.
All this year I've felt it was the former, but at our family gathering the other night, I amazed myself (not at first...but later when I thought about it) by wrassling one of the bigger ones to the ground and taking about 20 forced pictures of her. (I'll post them later when I get them uploaded to the 'puter.)
The first photo I attempted to take of a group standing around included the 11-year-old who thinks she's fifteen (or older). She throws her hands up in front of her face, and says, "Don't take any pictures of me! I don't like my picture taken." That's all it took! On the ground! Flash in the face!
Her auntie says, "What are you talking about, you don't like your picture taken??? You're the one posting all those duck-faced pictures on FaceBook!" She was right.
Then it started...Grammy threatened to put every shot just taken on FaceBook. Then I'm going to raid her friends, and "friend" them all so I can show them the pics. Auntie to the rescue..."All you have to do is tag her, and it will show on all her friends' feeds automatically."
"But then I'll untag them," says the 11yo. Auntie went on to say what my next step would be...but by then I've lost the ability to follow the technology.
Last night 11yo has the nerve to change her FB profile pic. Of course I had to comment that I've got some great pictures of her she might want to use. The battle rages!
