down 7 lb in one month!

Monday, December 31, 2012

Had my follow up doctor appt. today and she said i was down 7lb she was pretty pleased about it especiall being this was a holiday month. I had lost more but with holiday cookies and candy laying around and not working I endulged. but hopefully we are back on track and this weight loss can continue. I would love to be under 200 for summer I think I am making that my goal thats 6 months to lose 40lb . Ive had several people comment today they can tell i lost weight but they havent seen me for 2 weeks from being sick and vacation. I brought salad in for today and got enough for tomorrow and wed. I plan to get the house strightened out the kids will be going back to school wed. it's easier to clean when they are not at home. I feel like what ever i clean it dosent last a day when they are home.
I had a good christmas got a camcorder I need to learn how to use. the sims 3 seasons I love that game . I decided to take it easy over the holidays I did get a quilt top i have been working on done. just the top it is a sampler one of the hardest quilts i have ever put together but it looks pretty good. it has autumn colors and themes. I wanted to use it to hand on the wall but its bigger then i thought so now i need to add a little more and make a twin size blanket .
we'll should be a quiet night everyone wants to work to get holiday pay.
