Well here it is... the end of 2012. I haven't lost any weight, but I'm still going. Just spent time adjusting my goals and figuring out the week's fitness plan, and I feel good about what's coming next.
It's funny how just a couple of days of sticking to the plan makes a difference. I feel tired, and still a little sick, but also very good. I wake up in the morning feeling more rested. I go to sleep without feeling sick and over full, and I want to be doing more. It's been a while since I felt like that. Now my goal, my big goal for the year is to keep it going.
I'm not setting any weight loss goals, or size goals for the year. My only weight related New Year's plan is this.
I'm going to stay the course. No half-assing because I'm tired of trying, no radical changes and schemes. I'm going to focus on my eating, keep the fitness ball rolling, and let my body become what it so very much wants to be.
