Just thought I'd have a little fun reflecting on what hasn't been a perfect year, but a year in which I've made more progress toward a healthy lifestyle than I thought was possible for me. This is a picture of me with Cliff when he was just 10lbs in November 2011.
Here we are today, December 2012... he now weighs about 55lbs, which is about my total weight loss thus far.
About 5-10lbs to go!
Here are my resolutions for 2013:
1.) Run my first full marathon.
2.) Establish and engage in a regular strength training routine 2x per week.
3.) Lose the last freakin' 5-10lbs (duh!)
