January 2013's goals

As stated in my previous blog, I need to make some goals in order to make myself accountable to someone, even if it only is me. If I put it in writing for everyone to see, I need to walk the walk since I would have talked the talk right?
just to keep doing this because my dog needs it, so, take the dog for a short walk each work day morning. (4days a week)
go to the gym once a week to do strength training
go running at least twice a week. Outside might be tricky because of the weather, we get lots of snow and ice. So, I might have to move my running to the treadmill (gym).
I need to watch what I eat, not just what I eat but how much I eat. I'm aiming for 1650 calories per day.
If all goes well, I will have lost 5 lbs by January 31 st. Starting weight 180 lbs.
