Can't believe it's already here.
Lost 45 lbs last year (gained back a few).
Hopefully I will get in the groove again and lose the rest this year.
I made 3 inspiration collages yesterday and hopefully that will remind me of what I need to do and why I want to do it.
I made 3 because I had too much stuff cut out of fitness magazines to just make 1!
One is going where I work because I spend a lot of time there and because of stress or sometimes boredom that is where I over eat most of the time.
I'm going to keep them in my face so when I feel like eating off my plan, I will think before I eat.
I'm on my 3rd day writing what I eat and it's going fine.
Let's see how long the streak will be for!!!
