My boss at work was very successful with Spark People and she has motivated me to join. Long story short...i've always been heavy. always been called "big boned" (yes I would like to slap those people)...yes I've always over-ate. I used to play a college sport which kept me fit but never thin. Best way to describe myself is "fluffy". I can make every excuse in the book as to why I've gained weight...breakups, stress, new boyfriends, getting comfortable, eating out, not consistently working see the list can go on and on. Ultimate Fail is how I see myself. I've been told "oh you are so beautiful..." this and that but people only give me second looks when I am thinner. I moved to NC from MI about 3 years ago right after a horrible breakup that broke me into pieces. I thought my life could not go on. Great...what did I turn to? Food. After gaining weight and developing stretch marks and anxiety oh and my blood pressure started to rise as well I knew I had to do something. So I joined weight watchers...lost 20#. Felt great. Still only after loosing 20# I was a 185#. Then I met someone who loves me dearly and we started going out and going out to eat...a lot. Now I am at a whopping 220#. Disgusting. New Year New Me...time to turn things around. I am ready. So if you are looking for buddies or friends on here to stay motivated and keep motivated lets do this together. I will be posting pictures...just of my body progress not my face. I am embarrassed right now. Hopefully when this weight comes off I will reveal who I am :)
