I was looking at my ticker and I just realized it wasn't completely right. It has been set at the weight I had started at with spark since the beginning. Its gone up some too unfortunately.. I never really acknowledged on here that I lost about 30 lbs on my own after my pregnancy in 2009. I have no idea why I never really put it down? I guess cause losing weight got so much harder.. After I had my daughter I was around 170ish. The first 30 seemed to melt away pretty quickly. I was super motivated those first 5-6 months after my pregnancy and then all of sudden I lost it. I let myself go for quite a few months after that. I did somewhat maintain a good portion of what I lost, but, I didn't have the drive to continue... I could tell I was on my way to gaining it back..
Then something clicked and I joined spark Nov. 2010. Its been a bit of a rollercoaster since then... I have it in my info on my page somewhere, but, I never added it to my ticker or progress on here. I decided to add it today.. To have that visual of knowing I lost that weight before and I have pretty much kept it off almost 3 years! Well most of it anyway.. Now if I could just lose this last 20 lbs. Ive been struggling to lose since Nov. 2010... I got really close to my current goal weight of 130 in 2011.. I think 2013 is the year I will buckle down and really focus to meet my goal... I know I can do it!!! I know you can too!
