13 Goals for 2013

I dont know where this comes from, but Ive heard it over and over again: It takes 28 days to MAKE or BREAK a habit ...

Now for the freaky part: In 2013 (or well, actually, any year) there is 13 cycles of 4 weeks. So, in 2013, I could MAKE or BREAK 13 habits ... in 2013. Is anyone else thinking this is a bit of a sign?!

Here my 13 for 2013!

1) Establish a set WAKE UP/BEDTIME for myself (6am/11pm) and the kids (7am/7pm)
2) Drink 8 cups of WATER daily
3) Eat 7 FREGGIES daily
4) WHOLE FOOD DIET (No more than 3 "out to eats"/"treats" a week)
5) No more than 1 "OUT TO EAT"/"TREAT" per week
6) No "OUT TO EAT"/"TREAT"
7) Daily CARDIO (30 minutes)
8) Daily YOGA/STRETCHING (20 minutes)
9) Daily STRENGTH TRAINING (20 minutes)
10) Daily TALK TO A FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER
11) Daily "CLEAN HOUSE"
12) Daily MEDITATION
13) Daily BLOGGING

My Plan:
Every 28 days will be a new habit to work on. I will attempt to create a 28 day streak for each habit. I will aim from January 1st onward to do each .... every day .... but the one that I wont allow myself to skip or deviate from will be that months goal ...

Hope that makes sense ... Im looking forward to 2013. New Year! New Me!
