Getting and maintaining fitness doesn't come instantly.

I am learning that committing to become and stay fit isn't easy.
It doesn't happen over night either. I try to remind myself that all this is a lifestyle change and something that I will have to keep up for the rest of my life.
Fortunately I found a wonderful water aerobics class to go to. I still need to make it a more consitent habit. hasn't come as soon as I had hoped but I haven't givien up and at least so far I have maintained and not gained,
