Jumping into 2013

Well, the end of 2012 sure did catch me by surprise! I really can't beleive i'll wake up tomorrow in a new year... dang!

I've been exerciseless for the past 10 days or so... Hubby and I had big plans of P90X in mom's living room each morning... Alas with the pups, sleeping in 2 twin beds, dad getting up early mom staying up late and me trying get in time with each... i would take the pups out each morning, and then sit and gab with dad and have coffee till the hubby got up and then we just started the day...

Food choices were horrible - as expected - horrible as in bad for you, tasty like no-ones business!

We did a long day on our second day of our road trip home and got home late sat night/early sunday morning, i managed to hit up a restoritive yoga class sunday night and the elliptical this morning and the scale showed me i managed to keep the excess kind of in control - so that was awesome! Still heavier than i wanted but it definitely could have been much much worst! We brought our scale with us so i forced myself onto it each morning just to see what was going on!!

Goals/Resolutions for the new year!
Menu planning - i'm still traveling a bit, but not a ton, going to get my menu planning back on track! That way there is no guessing or bad decision making at meal time!

Me time - gotta work on 5 to 10 minutes each day for me, do some of the restoritive, meditation stuff for me. Chakra balancing, journaling etc. Me stuff!

Couple stuff - hubby and i are going to work on us stuff. More date nights, and less time worried about what other people might be doing or might ask us last minute to join them in doing, just gonna worry about us and how we feel and how our time is spent. Seems silly but we lost a lot of time hoping to be spending time with people that we found out were really not worth it. Sad.

Dog stuff - we need to work in getting the pups socialized and sending them to puppy day care at least once a week, separately. They are a bit too reliant on each other and moma!

Excercising - P90X - gonna work into getting into more often. Although i definitely need to get a bunch of stair time in so my times are much better on my climbs at the end of feb and beginning of march! Yoga- gonna try and keep up my sunday class that i like, and some week night classes - i have a groupon to a place around the corner!

Friends - i need to make sure i'm doing things with people i like and that appreciate me. Going to make plans with the people i love in my life and be able to enjoy the time we spend together!

I'm sure there is more i want to do and take care of, but for now this is enough!
