Well my goals for 2013 is to become a better parent and to lose 80 lbs!
As of today I am feeling good about my goals and completely ready for it.. I would love to develop new habits and to lose old ones. One habit I need to lose is drinking pop ( and boy do I drink alot..approx 18 cans a DAY!!!) I want to quit completely.. I know this is going be my hardest goal to accomplish, but I know that it is bad for me. Unless I quit this habit I will never lose the weight that I want to. So I hope that I do not procrastinate and get on it!
