I purchased a Living Social deal for 10 bootcamp classes. I took the first one a couple of weeks ago and it was brutal. I ate too close to class and overdid it. I went again today, drank half a Slim Quick an hour before class, and took as many breaks as I wanted. It was still a great workout and I didn't feel so sick afterwards, just tired. I hate that I forgot to put on my heartrate monitor because I would have really loved to see how many calories I burned.
8 more classes to go by the end of January!
