2013 is going to be the year I get myself to my goal weight.
I gained back 25 pounds in 2012 after I stopped exercising and starting eating everything in sight. My portions were out of control, I ate when I wasn't hungry, I finished my plate even after I was full. I'd finish my kids plates if they left anything. No food would go to waste. Chocolates, cookies, donuts, and cake were my weakness.
Why would I let that happen when I was so close to my goal? I don't know but I was feeling more and more miserable. I kept trying to start over every Monday or every 1st of the month but I just couldn't do it.
I joined the Biggest Loser Challenge (BLC21) and I'm so ready and excited to get back to feeling my heart pumping and losing the weight. I've already been tracking my food all this week and getting a grip on what I'm eating.
2013 starts a new me.
