So it's at the end of the year, and I've basically only lost a total of 3 lbs that have stayed off for the most part. I'm going to reset everything tomorrow morning, because something eventually has to give. I'm tired of the calorie counting, and I need something easier. So I'm doing a faux weight watchers thing, by doing points I had a friend put my info in to see what I should aim for, and with all the calculator apps on the android market I'm going with that. It won't be perfect but it should be easier and I'll do quick track here on the site. Which I have learned work food is pretty high in points so, I'm going to attempt bringing some of my food to work and all that. The only thing I'm good about doing is going to the gym but other than that yeah not so good with the eating.
