I will not be tracking my calories TODAY ONLY!
I am going to focus on moderation. Eating only till not hungry. Will go light on calories throughout the day till dinner.
Spark coach had an interesting visualization today. "Today, imagine that you live in a world where scales do not exist. How would you measure your success? How would you know if you were healthy and fit?" I did this and it helped me. I am going to try not to let a number , good or bad, control my mood.
