Not tracking

Monday, December 31, 2012

I will not be tracking my calories TODAY ONLY!
I am going to focus on moderation. Eating only till not hungry. Will go light on calories throughout the day till dinner.

Spark coach had an interesting visualization today. "Today, imagine that you live in a world where scales do not exist. How would you measure your success? How would you know if you were healthy and fit?" I did this and it helped me. I am going to try not to let a number , good or bad, control my mood.

Wishing you all a Happy and Safe New Year's Eve and health and happiness in 2013!

Oh, that's a great visualization. The Scale hasn't been my friend lately! I am going to pay attention to the other signs, and go from there. That was awesome. THanks for sharing.

Lovely visualization to not have to relay (rely) on weighing, measuring (food & self), scale numbers, etc., etc.

Isn't that a great concept . . . a revelation . . . a world with no scales. No number to drive us to guilt or exhilaration.

This concept was a emoticon for me, making me really focus on what it's all about, and my reasons for the pursuit of a number., rather than a way of life, rather than health. It made me realize that when I cheat, I'm only cheating myself. It's not about a report at the end of the day.

It's about me, you . . . cos this is our journey!!!
