In 2013 Im going to put my health first. With this back issue I am having it just shows me that I am out of shape. I really hope that its just the muscles and not a disc or 2. My plan was to start this Challenge on the 2nd (the 1st is going to be too busy), but now I think I might start it on the 6th or 7th. I need to rest by back and just do some stretching. It was doing fine yesterday and then I stood a lot doing dishes and fixing dinner and now it really hurts again.
I have already picked out the videos that I am going to do and mentally I am ready. Once I start I am going to listen to my body. If it hurts to much ( my back and hips) Im going to focus on the toning video. It focuses on my arms so there I no excuse for not doing them. If I cant do the cardio then I have to double the toning.
If, no ONCE I get through this challenge then I'll know that I can do it. That I can exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes. Again I need to remind myself that exercising and eating right is not a hard thing to do.
