2012 is coming to an end and its time to end the resolutions of this year. Time to make the plans for 2013. Getting back on track and pumped for 365 days of greatness! Today started out with 30 minutes on the stationary bike and 4 sets of 2 min run x 1 min walk. I followed it by 17 minutes of walking. It is the 3rd set of my run/walk progression. 2013 will bring new improvements and great accomplishments!!
