For me the struggle is the food side of things - the exercise, well it's the fun side. Since I've lost 40+ pounds I have tried all sorts of things - kick boxing, burlesqercise, tai chi, hula hooping, sea kayaking, rebounding.....they were all out of my comfort zone, but I'm so glad I got the courage to try them. My giggles and joy are back - and you know what, I really suck at all those activities, but who cares?? I'm moving, using my body in new and different ways, and having a blast doing it!
