2.5 lbs is the cost of my Holidays.

I've gained 2.5 lbs over the last 2 weeks which is about a 2 week setback for me and a lost 2 weeks, so I am now a month behind where I wanted to be. That isn't TOO bad, though of course not the direction I want to go. I had fun with out of town guests and family, but now it is time to get back on track.

I'm not waiting until tomorrow for a resolution, because I don't believe you can change your life on New Years. So today, New Years Eve, I'm setting out to celebrate with a vegan dinner and a movie (No popcorn - I'm carrying water and some fruit into the movie). Tomorrow is a regular day on my running schedule that I've been neglecting, so I will get back into that.

"Operation Healthy" re-starts today!!!

In GREAT news, my dad went to the doctor today and found that his A1c value was down OUT of the diabetic range! He (my carnivore father) payed and signed up for a vegan weekly menu planner!!! This is HUGE, people!

I'm fessing up in my trackers. Here we go!!!
