I got on the scales this morning and MUCH to my dismay, I am only 2 pounds away from where I started sooo long ago.
There really is NO excuse, I have enough workout videos from 8 minute workouts to 65 minute workouts; strength, cardio and everything in between. Losing motivation cost much more that a temporary setback; and I have to get it back in gear.
This morning, I put in one of my Jillian Michael's workouts (30 day shred). I worked it as hard as I could; had to keep stopping to breathe. I completed 15 minutes and it kicked my rear, but it's a keeper. I can't believe I can do 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing and not 20 minutes of that; guess there is something to be said for muscle memory...I'll be mixing it up a lot better. Today was a dry run; tomorrow I finish it or bust!
Well, this new year is going to be my year; I can feel it. I will make it happen!
