The good news is I am losing weight-- about 1 pound a week. Slow and steady.
More importantly, though, I know I am making imporvements because:
--I feel better
--I have more energy
--I have more stamina
--I don't crave bad foods as much
--I even crave healthy foods
--I LOVE drinking water (actually crave it)
--My clothes fit more loosely
--I look better
