Ways I've Noticed Improvement...

The good news is I am losing weight-- about 1 pound a week. Slow and steady.

More importantly, though, I know I am making imporvements because:

--I feel better
--I have more energy
--I have more stamina
--I don't crave bad foods as much
--I even crave healthy foods
--I LOVE drinking water (actually crave it)
--My clothes fit more loosely
--I look better

    I am very similar to you except I've averaged just a little less than a pound a week, but the other improvements are actually more important to me. I just set my goals for 2013, which include losing a pound a week. Good luck!
