And really give yourself a pat on the back. No matter the outcome we all stuck it out, got in workout when we didn't want to, skipped dessert when all we wanted to do was dive head first into it (sometimes literally lol) and for logging on and giving all of us the push we needed on the days we didn't do so well. Honestly guys, I couldn't do what I do without your support, so thanks for the kick ass year and here's so another great one!
That being said, I missed my personal goal of hitting 12,000 fitness minutes by 427 minutes :( I'd like to say that if I hadn't gotten sick I would have made it, but I'm not too sure. So not matter what next year I will get 12,427 fitness minutes! It's a done deal, my mind has put it on the calendar in ink! I did level up one last time before the end of the year, that made me happy :)
I've also decided that I will workout tomorrow NO MATTER WHAT! I've got to start in the right mindset and that means I gotta start out the year breakin a sweat. Don't know what I'll do yet.......anybody else determined to workout tomorrow? What are you doing? Ideas people, bring em!
