Bad Habits

With all this attention on eating I realized a few things. I eat so, so fast. I usually don't even sit down to eat a meal. Also, if I don't go to the gym first thing in the morning, I don't go at all. I get sidetracked by housework or just sitting in front of the computer looking at stupid stuff. I think it's a matter of putting my goals first and the dishes can wait. And the gossip I read online is so not important. So, new goals. To slow down when I eat and get to the gym first thing.
