Thanks everyone! Barb, at the top of any SparkPeople page, there is a search box. Type in "De-Stress in 3"-this is the technique I use. It always takes willpower, but, obviously, it's sooo worth it. I also sometimes brush my teeth, I read it gives your mouth a sensation to enjoy instead of eating mindless calories. Good luck!
