First one is drinking 16 ounces of water first thing in the morning. I have been slipping on this streak and I feel the difference. When I did it for the challenge every morning, I really noticed the difference. I did that this morning and I will work at bringing this goal to the forefront.
Second was portioning snacks, I have been portioning snacks into small snack bags, but not sticking with it--that changes now.
Third was limiting myself to 1 plate at buffets, this has been working because I have been avoiding the buffets all together. My friend's birthday is today and she contacted me last night to get together and wants to go to a Chinese Buffet. I will either limit to 1 large plate or 2 small dessert plates.
Another Streak that I need to work on is not drinking Diet Coke, I have been really bad with that in the last couple of weeks and I am feeling the effects of that. I have to get back to the water, water, water.
