Ah, another year, another new years resolution. Well, I started on my resolutions in Dec so I just have to keep going strong.
1)Exercise 1 hr, 5 days a week
2) Drink at least 8 cups of water
3) Get an agent
4) See shrink at least once a month
5) Reach goal weight
2012 was such a bad year, 2013 can only be better. Why was 2012 so bad? Because I hid in my apt and did nothing except eat and drink wine. Oh
6) Limit alcohol
I've done well in dec. Back on spark, counting calories, exercising and I haven't had alcohol all month, which is good because I was worried I was becoming an alcoholic, so I'm grateful to the powers that be that it was easy for me to quit cold turkey. That's a big reason why I put on so much weight. Wine. I was trying to block out my sadness with booze. Slippery slope. 6 is probably the most important resolution since addiction runs in my family and I know I have an addictive personality.
7) Track calories
If I track calories and exercise I shouldn't have a major issue reaching my goal weight. I hope...
